These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Design Medina's Website, located at designmedina.com.
By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Design Medina if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Unless otherwise stated, Design Medina and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Design Medina. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Design Medina for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

Returns & Exchanges
We offer exchanges only within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition with tags attached.
The replacement item must be of the same or higher value. Any price difference must be paid by the customer.
To request an exchange or make a complaint, please contact infodesignmedina@gmail.com.
Statutory consumer rights, including the right to complain about faulty goods, remain unaffected.
Complaint
Design Medina quality ensures all products before they are sent to you. should the product still be damaged when it arrives, we again agree with current consumer protection legislation to remedy the error free of charge. You must always contact us via email infodesignmedina@gmail.com and for approval.
Before returning a defective item. Afterwards describe the error as much as possible and attach 1-5 pictures where the error is clearly visible.
If you would rather keep the product if it is damaged, you can take advantage of the discount, but you still need to attach pictures with an explanation of the fault. you will receive an answer via email about which discount applies to the error.
Ordering and Delivery
When you have completed your order, you will receive an email with an order confirmation provided that you have entered your email address. in the confirmation you will find all information about products, price and delivery address. If there is an error in the order confirmation, you should always contact via infodesignmedina@gmail.com
Design Medina aims to ship orders within 2-3 working days. If the product you ordered is especially just for you, it may take longer. During the high season, delivery may take longer.
Payment
You can pay for your goods by card purchase from a valid Visa or Mastercard payment card. Design Medina reserves the right to check the validity of the payment card and the buyer's address details. Purchases may be denied as a result of these checks.
Price and fees
The prices indicated at Design Medina include 25% VAT. Delivery costs are stated at checkout. Design Medina shipping cost is 299 SEK up to 5kilo outside Sweden. Inside Sweden is 69 SEK up to 1kilo and other sizes that is more then 1kilo will cost more. Any costs for return shipping are at your own expense. We offer free shipping if you buy for 3000SEK or more inside Sweden.

You can order a special product tailored just for you. You can design yourself or choose to have Design Medina design for you. In case of return or right of withdrawal conditions.
