Who handles my package?
PostNord handles all deliveries and packages will be delivered to nearest Service Point or home delivery.

Which payment method can I use?
You can pay for your goods by card purchase from a valid Visa or Mastercard payment card.

Returns

How can I return an item?
We offer product exchange and it is at your own expense and you are personally responsible for the shipment being sent. You must always contact us via infodesignmedina@gmail.com for more information. The product should hang on the label and being packaged with original packaging.
